Strengthen and tone your body while you calm and quiet your mind in Yoga With Spirit’s vigorous, flowing classes. In our intimate setting and warm, supportive community you will receive individualized instruction and hands-on guidance. Come practice with us!
Our modified Ashtanga primary series provides mommies and little ones the chance to practice, learn to develop pranayama (breathing exercises), and build a healthy relationship with yoga together. This class offers babies through toddlers the opportunity to join Mommy for part of the practice, or watch and play while Mommy practices. Join us to experience the benefits of yoga for Mommy and child!
Beginning at 9:30 on Sunday, January 22, Lorelei will teach this one hour class and have you home by nap time!
– Newborns through toddlers welcome (1 per mom), and for Mommy, we welcome both experienced yogis and newbies
– Please bring a mat for you, and a mat or blankets for your little one.
– Breastfeeding, bottles, and water welcome, but please leave any other snacks outside of the studio.
