Amy Nobles Dolan (RYT 500-E)

Amy is the founder of Yoga With Spirit. She has been teaching for 13 years and practicing for 16. In addition to sharing the practice that has transformed her life, her passions are teaching teachers and writing about yoga.

Amy lives with her husband and three children in Wayne.

Lorelei DeMan (RYT 200)

Lorelei fell in love with and has been practicing yoga for 18 years, and always dreamed of becoming a yoga teacher.  The life-changing start of her family was the perfect timing to complete her training at Yoga with Spirit.
Lorelei enjoys encouraging others through yoga and fitness, and laughing as much as possible with her husband and daughter.


AJ Zavodnick (RYT 200)

AJ completed her teacher training at Yoga With Spirit and is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  She loves introducing yoga to beginner students and also enjoys sharing yoga with athletes.  When not on her mat, she spends most of her time chasing her two children with her husband.
